FOCUS OF PRACTICE

Susan is a patent attorney at Tumey L.L.P., where she represents clients in complex civil, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. She has advised and represented clients across a wide spectrum of legal matters—from patent and trademark prosecution to housing and consumer matters as well as trial-level disputes.

 

Susan’s practice includes intellectual property litigation, contract litigation, commercial litigation, and pre-suit due diligence, as well as transactional work involving intellectual property registration, licensing, and contract negotiations. She has handled numerous hearings, witness examinations and has been regularly in Court.
