FOCUS OF PRACTICE

            Jose’s practice includes a wide variety of litigation support such as drafting legal documents, case briefs, motion drafting, and legal research.  Jose also provides prosecution support in intellectual property matters.        

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

• Judicial Intern for the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown – United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas – Galveston Division

• Worked as a litigation paralegal for over two years at a well-respected litigation law firm

• Drafted and reviewed legal documentation including disclosures, discovery requests, motions, petitions and other legal documentation

• Conducted comprehensive legal research and research memoranda

• As a judicial intern Jose drafted a variety of court legal documents such as case briefs, orders, and judicial opinions
